I am attempting to change greetings for a System Call Handler. When I go to the Call Handler -> Edit -> Greetings -> Standard -> Recordings and push the <Play/Record> button I get the following error:
initMMApplet: InitMMAppletInstance Failed to get instance
As I've gone through different blogs and Cisco guides, I am not having success with resolving this error...
I have the following:
1. Latest Flash - I am currently running the latest version of Flash from the Adobe website (version 23)
2. Latest Java - I am currently running Java 8 Update 111, freshly downloaded from the Oracle webserver
3. Windows OS - Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit
4. Attempted using the following browsers: Chrome 54, Explorer 11, Firefox 49
Is anyone else having this issue and/or know how to work around it?
Thank you in advance...

No support for Java applet: application/x-java-applet;version=1.5

Try ATM and that should work then.
