Problems with Subscriber Greetings error 1183

we're getting several errors per subscriber when using DBWalker, one for each greeting type that say:1183:(error) contact rule: Alternate has a switch ID that is not valid: 0

You can correct this by going to the call handler or subscriber transfer page in the SA for this transfer rule and selecting a valid switch.

I've been into the SA page and i can't find the setting for this. i also can't find anything to change in Bulk-edit.

how do we fix this, and is it something to worry about?
