When I add members to PDL, the only choice is to find by name. Is there a way to find by extension instead? Thanks.

Not using the web based SA - you can check out the Public Distribution List builder tool (you'll find it in the tools depot on your desktop) - this lets you add users based on any number of criteria including extension number if you like.
