Hi my customer has tried the 8945 and has reported back that he is unable to change the wall paper, as a conference centre they like to be able to change the wall paper on the phones with the client logo's. Have you seen this and if it can't be done is there a fix coming for it?

Hello,
Yes this is also the 8945 Hardware Firmware restriction, we have the same issue, and dont really know if this will be fixed also on next firmware, what I am sur is that the issue with multiple call per line and the field that greyed yet about Busy trigger will be fixed on the next release.
There is also issue with VPN client, I mean there is not support for VPN on those phones that will be resolved I heard by Cisco next end of year

Nothing concrete, this is all that’s available
Customized wallpaper will be added in a future release. Currently looks like 1st quarter of 2012 but will have a firmer date once the feature is committed
Thanks

Hi dear,
Here you are, we upgraded to 9.2.2, but still cannot changethe wallpaper?? As was promised L,and also we had another issue that still also there, is the delay between thetime you take the call and you hear the caller about 1 second.
But the issue with second line was effectively resolved.
Thanks for your feedback

Where do you see background image support in 9.2.2? The only feature that has been added is multiple calls per line

My client has the following video conferencing solution;
We like to use jabber and Vpoint as soft endpoints. So i have the following questions that require clearification
Q1. Will jabber be able to connect with the MCU?
Q2. Will it be able to display multiple participant view or just one view from any video conference?
Q3. Will Vpoint be able to connect with the MCU also?
Q4. Will we be able to use all of its functions when it is connected to a conference?
Thank you for any help in this regards,
