When user check the VM she's getting the error message "Your inbox is almost full. If your inbox exceeds its storage limit you will not be able to send or receive new messages. To reduce the size of your inbox delete some messages now. You will be reminded to do so each time you log on until your inbox is no longer close to its storage limit.â
The system admin checked all settings on Exchange server. There is no any inbox limit setup for this user. We deleted the voicemail account from Unity and re-add it back but same problem.
The user is able to get voicemail message on the Outlook but over the Voip phone. We wonder if there is something cached on Unity so user get this message.
Here is what I got from Event View on Unity:
Failed to set message lamp for xxx ext.xxx. reason: load from Doh failed. Turn on Doh diagnostics to trubleshoot.
Any idea or suggestion?
