I have a requirement from one of my customers to monitor real time call flow using Prime Collaboration Assurance 11.
There are both SCCP and SIP IP Phones that are to be monitored.
I have been following the below links for this purpose.
I have created a jtapi user in CUCM Application User, which has been defined in CUCM discovery process. I have also added the IP Phones to be monitored to this jtapi user.
Still I do not see the call flow for the selected IP Phones.
Any help would be appreciated.

have you set the visibility of these phones to "Full Visibility" in Device Diagnostics?
If so, you should see them "in use" if jtapi credentials are correct.
Then, the corresponding call should be visible in "Conference Diagnostics".
