Recording voice calls

Hi

How can I record conversations/conference calls? This has to be an on-demand functionality for outbound and inbound calls, around 30-40 calls per month (each call would last for about an hour). 

I have CUCM and UCCX

You can use MediaSense, there's plenty of info on cisco.com on using MediaSense for recording.
