Remove 9 prefix in voce mail email message

When a user gets a voice mail Unity sends an email to the user that they got a voice mail.  In that message the calling number is listed but it has a 9 infront of it.  How can I get rid of that?

Run the call through calling transformation pattern before hitting unity port or sip trunk.
