Reports in Unity

Hi

I have Unity UM 5.0 and when my customer want a report from the unity, the unity create the report but the url that have been sent return with page not found!

I have check the DNS ans it is ok.

Does somebody have a idea?

Usually when you create reports using the admin page of unity, the reports are sent to an email address with a link, which can be accessed from anywhere using \\unity_IP\reports, can you access this directory from your explorer? could you please post the URL you are refering to?

Thanks for your response, I did not explain the problem correctly. The email is received by the customer but when she tries to access the report, she received a page not found.

We are using Unity 5.0.

Soory for the delay, I just verify and no the reports are not generate. When I enter the \\ip add\reports I do not find the reports.

Any idea?
