We seem to have locked ourselves out of the SA. I can get local access to the server and VM still works fine.
Is there a way to reset the administrator account? Even just unlock it, if it's actually locked?

goto the active directory and find the user you use for the administrator of unity, (or eadmin if still exists) change the password and attempt the login again.

This is for Connection so we chose not to join it to the domain. And, I'm able to login locally using the windows administrator account. Just can't get into SA.

Further info:
It seems that no logins are working! Including voicemail from a phone.
So, how does Connection manage all logins?
Again, I can log into windows on the UC server.

Installed 1.1.1sr1 and things are back in order now. Not sure what caused the original problem.
