Hello Abdul,
Just you need to map ISO file on vm' CD/DVD drive itself. Right click on vm and click edit and you can map/unmap drive here.

When you enter command to reset password then it will prompt you like "If you have a CD or DVD in the disk drive, remove it now" then unmap it.
The system tests to ensure that you have removed the CD or DVD from the disk drive, again map the ISO file, it is just to simulate the process that you have physically access of the server, so ISO file really doesn't do anything while changing password.
Note: The security password on all nodes in a cluster must match, change the security password on all machines, or the cluster nodes will not communicate.

Go to vsphere and Select the VM. Edit virtual machine settings>CD/DVD Drive>Datastore ISO file (map it to an ISO file).
Let us know if you still have issues.

Since you do not have a physical CD/DVD drive hence map any ISO as suggested by Terry. When the system prompts to insert and remove the CD simply check and uncheck the Connected box on the top right hand side when you click on the CD/DVD drive option under Edit Settings
