Restarting CUCMs services...

Hello,

I have a single CUCM (so no Publisher and Subscriber) and i can't do backups because an error displays on the Disaster Recovery System.

I readed on some web sites that I must try to restart services: Cisco DRF Local and Cisco DRF Master. 

The restart may affect the functionality of CUCM, phones or other things? Which of the two services I must restart first?

The CUCM is working in "production" so I don't want to make a mess...

Restarting these services does not affect any phone or call operations.  Restart the master followed by the local DRF services.

I tried to restart the master but it will not restart...he is blocked in status "Starting"...what can I do?

Have you tried stopping it, or trying Local service first?

If these dont work you may need to reboot the server.
