RTMT ALARM CallProcessingNodeCpuPegging

We are receiving an RTMT alert for one of the node in the cluster.


Error is [RTMT-ALERT] CallProcessingNodeCpuPegging.

Processor load over 90 Percent.
hostagt (45 percent) uses most of the CPU

lease suggest what to do for the resolution of this and also want to know what is this hostagt and why is it running on CCM 7.1.3  server.


Its urgent.

Hi Domingo,

Is this an IBM model server?

The hostagt process is SNMP agent related.

You might want to collect the hostagt log files by executing file get activelog  /platform/snmp/hostagt/ from the CLI and see what's going on.
