SA Web Access Problem

We are running 4.0(3) on Unity. Failover server install is being planned.

When trying to open saWeb, I received an error message stating that:

"You cannot access the Cisco Unity Systems Admin

There are too many active sessions. Please try again later

Please see your System Administrator for more details"

This happened just after successfully adding a new subscriber. I am using the same admin account that has always been used. We only access SAWEB locally. There is no other party with remote access to the saweb. The error message persisted even when I used the server's IP address in the URL (instead of localhost).

Any help would be much appreciated.
