SA web page won't open

Unity 5.x failover, onbox storage - now and again the SA web page won't open on the server. Will sit there in hour glass, page won't open until server gets a reboot....J

You are running into a bug. Open a TAC case and request the download CU5.0(1)_ES48

Or you can just keep restarting the IIS service and it will allow SA to open again
