Screen Share Hi-Res Cisco Jabber for Windows 11.1.1

Hello,

One of our employees has a very large display with high resolution (3840x2160) and when she tries to screen share, only 1/4 of her screen can be seen. I tried having her reduce her resolution but it just made that same 1/4 smaller to me.

Is there a way to get her full screen share without dropping in a second, lower res display?

it seems to be working as designed. in jabber version 11.x planning guide as well it has been mentioned that " Cisco Jabber for Windows does not support IM-only screen share in a high DPI environment. This limitation is documented in CSCuw50217"
