Sending a Voice Message from the Cisco Unity Inbox

We are a Voice Mail only site with Unity 4.0.4 and licensed for 100 Cisco Unity Inbox Subscribers.

Trying to send a voice mail message within the Cisco Unity Inobx. The record icon/triangle is greyed out. Is this a licensed feature. Do I need to turn something on to allow users to send a VM message via the PCA/Inbox?

If you got to the "New Voice Message" screen, you are ok as far as license/COS goes. Looks like you are talking about the Media Master buttons beings greyed out. Take a look at this troubleshooting guide:
