Hi All,
Can you please guide me to step up separate voice mail messages for Internal & External number / users for a single user. I don't have any test environment that's why bit more careful.
Thanking in advance.
Regards,
Arshad

Go to Edit > Greetings on one of the users on Unity Connection, choose the Internal greeting and enable it. Then try calling this extension from an internal phone and later from an external phone to see which greetings are played. The checks from the first link that i shared in my last post need to be looked into as well.
