We are running CUCM 11 on vm. Where can I find my serial numbers so I can provide a correct and up to date list for the cisco support contract?
You can enter the URL to get the details using your CCOId. From the top right navigation menu , u can get drop down options for Sales Order/ Serial Number/ PAK.
You need to enter either of them to get the complete details .I have attached snapshot.
Thanks for the answer. I get an error when opening the link. We changed integrator so we need to provide the new integrator with the serial numbers of everything that we have. Voice gateways, CUC, CUCM, meetingplace, UXXC, IM&P, ...
This could be issue due to CCOId not mapped.
You can initiate mail to firstname.lastname@example.org , share the old contract number so that it can be mapped to your CCOId. Using the shared link, enter the old contract number and get the serial numbers.
else u need to get back to old integrator and get the details.
