Hi,
On my new installation of Unity Connection 9.1.2 and CUCM 9.1.2 using SIP integration, I've followed the configuration we've on our release 8.6 running infrastructure, but I can't reach the user's personal greetings.
Using either CTI RP "TranferToVM" or direct call to the user forwarded to Voice Mail Pilot, I can see on the RTMT port monitor that the call is seen as Direct. So I'm getting the Attempt Sign-In prompt.
What could be wrong ?

Couple of things to ensure on SIP integration:
1.Make sure outbound diversion header is checked on the SIP trunk(s) to UCXN
2. Make sure you do not have "use external phone number mask" checked on RP/RL.
