Hi Gurus,
we have some third party SIP (Telematrix) phones configured with CUCM 7.1.2 as basic third party SIP Phones. There is a disconnect issue with that phones. If some one call from outside (H323 gateway with PRI) or internally thorugh Cisco SCCP Phones to these phones and calling party disconnect the phones. The SIP phones will not end the call it contineously ringing unless manually end the call.
Did any body face this issue.
Secondly This is a hotel deployement, each room has three SIP phones with same extension. If call comes on these phones and user recieve the call from one phone, other phones are still ringing.
Kindly share your expertiese to resolve these issue.

Just to correct the problem,
we are facing this issue when call comes on SCCP phone and SCCP phone transfer call to SIP Phones. I have tested that when I call directly to SIP phones either from outside (PSTN) or SCCP Phone and disconnec the call, the SIP phones also disconnect and stop ringing immediately.
