Skype for Business 2016 integration to CUCM (CUCILync)?

Is there an integration between Skype for Business 2016 and CUCM in the same fashion as CUCILync? I've tried with 10.7, but I can't get it to work as expected. The two clients act in a very un-integrated way, and are not "joined together" as in previous versions.

As of right now only 2015 is supported.  I did hear 11.6 or 11.x will support 2016.  Im not sure when it will be released.

Thanks, I saw that Marcus. I'm not so concerned about support, but more about how the integration works/doesn't work.

Which CUCM version do you use? I had same problem with version 10.5.2 and this problem solved after CUCM upgrading.

It was 10.5.2. I've since upgraded to 11.0, so will try again. Thanks!

The problem should be solved after upgrading, You can search reported bugs about your release in Google, and get more information in Cisco Bug Search tool.

Good Luck

Hi,

Since I think version 9, CUCI Lync is not "One Application" together with Skype/Lync. There is still an integration between the two but you will have two applications running. So currently running Skype for Business and CUCI Lync, from user perspective it's very similar to running Skype for Business and Jabber at the same time.

There is of course some sort of integration like with CUCI Lync you can dial directly from Skype bu clicking "Place a call", and couple more small integrations here in there, but it's not "one application" anymore. And I don't think Cisco is planning to go back to the previous user experience.

From my perspective I'd rather run Skype for Business and Jabber in Phone only mode, rather than CUCI Lync, as with Jabber I get all new features, and CUCI Lync is usually couple couple months behind Jabber release.
