Small deployment

Greetings,

I have a small deployment for IP Telephony Solution, 150 Users (Phones)

Do I need a cluster server that is for call manager express (CME) or the router ISR 4431 can handle calls?

also, what is the recommendation for PBX? is there ant alternative from cisco?

CME runs on a router, like the ISR4K. So there is no concept for cluster with this. It would provide the services that a PBX would do.

Not much that has changed with this topic in awhile, so even if it might seem outdated it likely is not.

If you need to do clustering go with a CUCM model. AS @Roger  Mentioned,CME will be running on Cisco router.

For licensing and other BOQ reach out to a local Cisco partner who is good in voice. Below mentioned are some documents which will be helpful for you.
