Hello

-Is it OK to enable snmp on cucm on production or need to have maintenance windows ,

-Is it support snmp poll or snmp trap? What kind of message will be send in both methods

-When configure what's the best practices option on access privileges, and if there are document for that plz share

What is the access privileges options better to use: ReadOnly, NotifyOnly or ReadNotifyOnly?

It required snmp master service to restart, and Host resource service to restart is that will effec on phones?

There is no effect on any user facing service.

On your other question, it all depends on your preference and what you want to do. I’m by far no expert on SNMP and what you could do with it.
