Hi Luciane,
The SPA301 is intended for use with the UC300 & UC500 small business
systems that support SPCP
"Supports both Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Smart Phone Control Protocol (SPCP) with the Cisco® Unified Communications 500 Series"
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6788/phones/ps10998/data_sheet_c78-601647.html
You might be able to flash then to SIP firmware and connect them to CUCM
as 3rd party devices, but I think there are better choices for use with CUCM
Cheers!
Rob
