We have been having problems with phone disconnecting and reconnecting to our VPN seemingly randomly. We have seen 'ssl read error' in the debug display of the phones webpage.
There is a Cisco TAC case which is now months old and just keeps dragging on. We have turned off DTLS.... increased our DPD timers... and adjusted the MTU to 1306.
Has anybody else encountered this kind of issue? The other error we get is 'unknown vpn failure' which is about the most nebulous error I have ever seen.
The ASA is a 4125 and UCM is at 10.5 SU5 I think with the endpoints being primarily 8841s.
