Hi,
We've recently installed an SRST Manager ver 9.0.6, and we have a CUCM ver 10.5.
We've made already an AXL username&password at the CUCM with Standard AXL API Access role.
And we've uploaded also the Certificate from Call Manager to the SRST Manager.
And we still have this error:
5512 04/27 15:54:33.184 srsx gui "InternalError: " SECURITY_FAILURE error, details = SSL/TLS Handshake failure
Are there any other procedure/s we are missing?
