Subcriber's Greeting Plays twice

Unity 4.0(4), voice mail only. Have a subscriber whose greeting plays twice when a caller leaves message. Deleted and re-created account, to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks!

check the greetings page for the active greeting that's play (i.e. the standard greeting) and look at the bottom - look if the "reprompt the user..." box is checked or not. It may have been checked in the subscriber template along the way (I've seen this before).

Thanks that fixed it. I had the reprompt user on to try to get rid of the no message messages. You know some one calls listens to greeting and hangs up. A message gets recorded but it's just someone hanging up. I wanted to see if this option helped.
