I have Unity 4.2.1 and users are complaining that their account keep on locking up and we have to go in and manually reset the account. There are no reasons for the lockup at all. Any ideas? It happens when people leave for the day and come back the next day to find it lock.

As anyone been able to resolve the problem above as we are experiencing same problems.
Would really appreciate a response either way.
