hello guys, i am running ipccx and one of the supervisors can see that a certain number of agents is logged in but cannot actually see the agent.
tried restarting the application for the agent desktop, disabling the 722 codec on the user phone page but all in vain.
any help is highly appreciated.

Run Directory Sync Service from Admin desktop, this may fix that issue. Also, make sure that firewall from pc is turned off.
