Switch-version in CUPS Subscriber fail

Hello,

I have a cluster CUPS in version 9.1.1.30000-3, i install the version in both servers 9.1.1.31900-1.

the Switch-version pass well in the PUB, but fail in the subscriber and i have the error message bellow :

ERROR: Version mismatch. Primary host "CUPS-PUB" is running version 9.1.2.10000-28. Please switch versions on "CUPS-PUB" and try again.

9.1.2.10000-28 is the version of the CUCM Cluster !!!

Any help is apreciated.

Can you supply the "show version active" and "show version inactive" from both your CUPS Publisher and Subscriber?

hi,

on  pub. server you have to active the inactive version.

Now you can start the upgrade on sub. server.

Had a similar problem, Fixed follows

  Installed Versions Version 9.1.1.30000-3 on both servers, check the replication. Then go to Serviceability> Service Activation = on and off Cisco Sync Agent on all servers CUP. Next instal upgrade 9.1.1.31900-1 again on all servers but without switching to a new one.

After installation, go to the first publisher CUP and makes switching version then all the rest. And then you launch Cisco Sync Agent on all nods! Good luck .
