CUCM DLU

Good afternoon,

I have a customer who currently has CUCM 6.1 installed and wants to add new users to it.

I was wondering if DLU´s are still orderable or if migration to newer releases is mandatory in order to add more phones?

You can do DLU they will go however EOS soon at which point you would switch to version 8 SKU which is also DLU

Adding users to existing systems - should use the top level L-CUCM-USR-LIC-ADD.  This will align with service and support attachment - which is user based.  This top level is for versions 8.5/8.6 - however nodes and users are not versioned.
