On a 2911 running IOS 15.4(3)M2 and configured for fax on-ramp/off-ramp, we've seen the following group of logs occur twice recently, on Dec 2 and Jan 21:
Jan 21 06:27:42.349 CST: %SYS-2-INTSCHED: 'may_suspend' at level 4 -Process= "Per-minute Jobs", ipl= 4, pid= 87

The unit has been up since October. We've never seen logs like these before across more than 100 similar units (both 2811 and 2911) running various IOS versions and configured in the same way.
From some research I understand that this indicates that the scheduler 'might' suspend the Per-minute Jobs process, but why would the Per-minute Jobs process cause that?
I don't see anything unusual about the memory/CPU usage of Per-minute Jobs process.
From 'show proc mem sort':

Any ideas as to what might cause the Per-minute jobs process to come under the scheduler's spotlight?
