Time in CDR Analysis & Reporting

We lost our local time zone option in the drop-down menu when creating reports in CDR Analysis and Reporting. We are only able to see reports in UTC or GMT, which is a 6 hour difference for us.

How am I able to have CDR allow us to view reports in our local time zone again?
