Hi
Im facing some problem, some phones on my callmanager has Calling search space with permission only "directory number to directory number" calls, if they receive an external call they CAN transfer to any external call.
My Callmanager is 4.2
Does anybody face that ?

There is a CallManager service parameter that restricts the transfers to external numbers.
But if the phone is not allowed to dial the PSTN number directly you shouldn't be able to transfer teh call.
What exactly is the call flow?
The IP Phone receives an incoming call from the PSTN, it answers the call, then presses the Transfer softkey, dial another PSTN number and then completes the transfer by pressing the Transfer softkey again?

Yes, is this way the that the call flows, incoming call from pstn to, answer, then press transfer, dial a number and press transfer again.

Hi Guilherme,
Jorge is right on that if the phone can't call the external number normally, then they should not be able to transfer to that number either.
You might be running into a defect and so:
- Can the problem be reproduced consistently?
- Were CSS's and partitions on problem phones changed recently? Restarting the phones or even the CCM service might correct some abnormal behavior after such changes.
If everything else is as it should be, then place the output of CCM SDI traces for the following two tests calls from the same problem phone side by side for comparison:
1. Collected when placing a normal call to the external number.
2. Collected while transferring a call to the external same number.
Look for the part in the traces that has the text "PSS=". This section will show you the number dialed, as well as the list of partitions that were searched through for the call. So ideally you should only see the partitions that the phone is allowed to dial based on its CSS.
Use the "Block OffNet To OffNet Transfer" option only if you wish to prevent all phones from being able to transfer external calls to other external numbers.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Michael.
