Hello All! We recently ran into an issue where we needed to troubleshoot connectivity between endpoints and UCCX. Wireshark could have helped us determine the root cause quicker, but since UCCX v12.5 all communications between an endpoint and the Finesse server is https. I'm sure that other UC application will start to inherit this requirement if its not already in UC 14. My point here is that it would be nice to be able to retrieve the private key from the server for troubleshooting requirements. I understand the security risk here but we already deal with this in our environment today and have to keep a tight lock on other private keys in our environment. Otherwise, looking at encrypted https packets in wireshark is pretty useless. Is this something easily obtainable through TAC and remote root access?
