uc 540 outgoing dial plan

Hi to all......

we have an uc 540 with 6 trunk lines.we configured it using CCA 3.0.Everything went smoothly and after that

we have created two dial plans in uc540 as follows.

1) name:- open/unrestricted    access code :- 9   begins with 9[0-9]             number of digits:- variable            dial pattern  9[0-9]T    Trunk priority........

2)name:- national       access code :-9                begins with 9[0-9]             number of digits:- 11                   dial pattern 9[0-9]xxxxxxxxxxx  Trunk prior..

when we assign the 2nd dial plan to a particular phone in phone groups>users > phones >particular extension number.......

the dial plan is getting applied to all the phones.................

after that if we apply the first dial plan to any particular extension ........it is getting applied to  all the phones again.....

Eventually i think only one dial plan is working at one particular time......

all the phones are in  group pick-up.

Please if anybody could suggest what is the problem and what could be its solution also.......

Where are you changing the dial plan setting for each user? You should be going to Users->Phones->Edit Phone of a user->Click on Line 1 or whereever you have the out line configured, then change the "Permissions" drop down list to the national dial plan.

Yes ...exactly ..........i am applying it there ...but its getting applied on all the phones.........
