UCCX 9 - the Application Management can not play wav files

Hi, I discovered a problem from the Application Management can not play wav files. 

I do not understand the reason 

(see image attached)

please, help me.

Can you download and play the prompt from Prompt Management on the computer that the browser is running on?

On my system, clicking play simply launches media player.

I not that on your system, the popup is in the old-fashioned yellow colour as on Windows CCXs.. what version of UCCX do you have? 8.x?
