The get call contact info step
callerID=
Get Call Contact Info (--Triggering Contact--, Calling Number)
does not pickup the correct callerid - as far as i can tell from the if statement used afterwards.
From Real time monitoring I can see the Calling no to be shown correctly but the:
ANI
CLID
show nothing.
Should the CLID be showing the correct Calling No too,
Or how else can I check that my callerID variable contains the correct info ?

Hi
Run a reactive debug of the script to see what the step sets the variable to on a live call.
