UCCX Historical Reporting

I am receiving the following error when trying to use UCCX Historical reporting tool.   I am using the administrator account.  Can I just click, yes and establish user privledges. I tried to add the user from  within UCCX, Tools,User Managment, and the user is not an available choice.

Anyway, what do you mean that the "user is not an available choice"? Does the user have an account in CUCM?
