Hi All,
We have implemented Wrap-up Time with our agents along with Automatic Work which is working, however we have found that if we have 5 of the 6 agents talking and one in wrap-up if a call comes to the queue rather than holding it, it will present itself to the agent who is in wrap-up.
Is there a way to prevent the call from being presented to the agents who are in Wrap-up?
We are running
