UCS C220 M4 - Install 12.0 CUCM Version

Hi 

I have UCS C220 M4. It is supplied with 11.0 Version of Call Manager. I would like to install 12.0 Version.

Can anybody guide me how to get 12.0 software and install 12.0 Version.

If you have an active support contract you can download version 12 from MCE. Or if have version 11 installed on the system already and have an active support contract you can download version 12 upgrade file from the download page at cisco.com.
