I've got a user (in a completely different region/cluster...) who's getting message notifications for voicemails that she shouldn't be getting. I'm trying to track down where the email address is configured, but I've got close to 2000 users in this cluster alone. Is there a way, perhaps via SQL query to search for the incorrect email address and figure out who's account it's on? I'm not terribly familiar with SQL, so I'm not sure if that's even feasible...
any ideas would be appreciated

Audiotext Manager has a function just for this:
http://www.ciscounitytools.com/Applications/CxN/ATM/ATM.html
there's methods for finding any dial string (notification device or transfe rule) as well as any smtp address (notificaiton device) complete or partial - added it just for such a situation.
once installed just use the "find item" icon in the tool bar (binoculars) and choose the "email target" you should be off to the races.

Haha! You are the man! I'll give it a shot in the morning and let you know what happens.
Thanks again
