Hi - I am running a CUAC System Version: 10.5.1.10-3 . Running a failover par of CUAC servers.
All is good except I am unable to run reports.
When I attempt to run any of the 4 system reports I get the following error - "Data not found against selected criteria. Please check your selection and try again."
The date/time on the server is correct. Also I have made sure I have selected a valid date /time window
Any Ideas??

I'm running into this same issue on 10.5.2.10-15. Also, this is my first time dealing with CUAC and the system was set up before I started here, so any guidance would be appreciated.

Same issue here too. ver:10.5.2.10-15
Did we find any resolution to this? I think it gets resolved if we reboot the server but that's not ideal solution.

Hi Guys,
This error could appear when "Call Logging" is disabled.
You can enable it by ticking the checkbox @ User Configuration -> General Properties -> Call Logging Setting on pub.
Try running the reports again and post the outcome.

Hi,
I am running System Version: 10.5.2.10-15 and getting the same issue when i try to run the report ie "Data not found against selected criteria. Please check your selection and try again."
I tried unticking the logging box but this made no difference and I a loath to reboot the server.
Any further advice would be appreciated.
