Unable to upload signed certificate

I'm trying to upload a certificate that I've had signed by an external CA into CUPS (9.1). When I upload the certificate, I get back the unhelpful message "Error reading the certificate"

I've had a look at the RTMT OS Admin Web Service logs, and that just gives a meaningless Java stacktrace and the same error.

Any suggestions as to how to troubleshoot this?

Hi Gordon,

Have you uploaded the Root CA certs to the tomcat-trust? Also, is the cert in PEM format (Base 64)?
