Understanding How to Read License Usage

Hi Everyone

I wanted to know can someone point me to an article or explain to me how to read the license usage report from PLM. My manager wanted me to explain to him how it works I don't have a good understanding of it. For example I logged in and for example CUWL Standard says it rerquires 5 but I have Installed 324 and Available 155. Then I look down and I have Enhanced that Requires 174 but I have 66 installed and Availabe none.If some can give me some understanding on this I would greatly appreciate it.

Basically it borrows from top. for example if you need essential license 32 and you only got 2 then it borrow from higher category which is Basic. if Basic hasn't got your required number then it goes to Enhanced and so on...
