We had bunch of problems with CUBAC after power cut, but the end of day we’ve deleted CTI route points, DN Numbers, dissociated and associated devices with Application users, reseted and restarted services and servers. We have reinstalled TSP and wave driver at the server, entered correct tsp user/password, then used UltraVNC for access.
The current status is that the internal and external queues (the ones I have deleted the CTI Route Points and DNs, and then re-created and associated with ‘operator’ application user in CUCM), are now the only ones not working.
Any advice/help would be much appreciated.
