unified messaging 4.2 failover server

I have to install a failover server on an existing unified unity system version 4.2. Fully integrated with exchange 2003. Does anybody have a good reference guide or tips. is there much to do on the existing server?

yes and the best way is to rebuild your failover server fresh. The primary leave as is.
