Hi,

I have unified messaging working. It's possible instead of sending the .wav file, send a link to the .wav?

Paulo,

If you enable secured messaging it will not send the actaul .wav file but rather a "pointer" to the file.

Also, perhaps rather than having Single Inbox configured you might be better off with simply message notification to email.
