Hallo,
I have the callmanager set-up,presence also set up well and am having my licenced users.
I keep getting the error message -No line appearances currently exists on the Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
How do i go around this-or how should these line appearences be configured?
Regards,
Nick.

You need to associate a user to each line appearance. You can do this manually or through BAT.
If you view a directory number appearance on a specific device, you will see a User Association section at the very bottom of the page. You need to associate the end user account with the appearance.

You go to CUCM Admin > Device > Phone. Click on the phone. Click on the DN on the left hand side. Go to the bottom of the page. Click "Associate to End User".
